What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you reserve your planner before it ships. Your order is confirmed today, and dispatch begins on 20 October.
When will my pre-order ship?
Shipping starts 20 October. Orders are dispatched in the sequence they were placed, so early pre-orders go out first.
Can my pre-order ship before the date mentioned?
Yes, this can sometimes happen. If stock reaches us ahead of schedule, we will dispatch early and send you a dispatch email as soon as your order ships. Early dispatch is subject to availability.
Can I order planners along with other products?
Yes. Pre-order planners can be added to the same cart as in-stock items. The full order ships together from 20 October.
Will I get a confirmation and updates?
Yes. You receive an order confirmation right after checkout, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your planner is on its way.
When will I receive my planner?
Delivery follows dispatch, with timing depending on your location. A tracking link is sent as soon as your order leaves us.
